Refund Policy
Our company follows a no-return or exchange policy. We will only allow exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, empty, or has wrong / missing items at the time of delivery. Customers must share an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as pictures of the damaged product or any item in question. For damaged / wrong / missing product-related redressals, please contact our customer service at admin@kesariwellness.in within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Each of these orders will be dealt with on an individual and case-by-case basis. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and ensure to provide the receipt number for speedy damaged product redressal.
